With a stylus in one hand and a spreadsheet in the other, Junie is WindsorCreative’s resident design wiz and business wrangler. With decades of graphic design experience under his belt, he effortlessly toggles between Adobe Illustrator and Xero—often before his Spotify playlist reaches its last track. Before joining the WindsorCreative crew in 2013, he spent the most part of 13 years leading the in-house design team at one of the Philippines’ largest snack food companies, Universal Robina Corporation. These days, Junie pours his creative passion into purpose-driven projects for organisations that may not necessarily have big names, but definitely have big hearts.

With over 20 years of 'web-slinging' under his belt, he knows the digital realm like the back of his code-covered hand. From HTML to PHP, CSS to JavaScript, and with page builder skills that span Oxygen, Divi, Elementor, and Thesis, Graeme transforms ideas into beautifully functional websites with tech-savvy precision and creative flair.

Every design studio needs a pastor… right? Well, we’ve got one! Pastor Grant isn’t just our unofficial chaplain—he’s the visionary who sparked the creation of WindsorCreative and other purpose-driven ventures under Windsor Park Hub Limited—our umbrella organisation. Alongside a team of directors, Grant brings wisdom, encouragement, and a steady hand to keep us aligned with our vision: to build stronger communities by putting faith into action. When he’s not cheering us on, Grant wears his main hat as Lead Pastor of Windsor Park Baptist Church and serves on the boards of several faith-based organisations—because one calling clearly isn’t enough!
